I have been stopping and thinking about what exactly I want to do, so I can plan what I want to do next. I now realise I love teaching/training, being creative and learning.
I love the challenge of working with an individual or group of people and guiding them through whatever the subject is and seeing them grow in confidence in their abilities and their enthusiasm to take on new tasks without fear.
Being creative makes my brain buzz!
As for learning I am going to a workshop which is all about how to use Mailchimp. I am looking forward to understanding how Mailchimp works and how to use it to send emails to people on my email list.
I can focus my action steps now and start to find solutions to the things I have to do but don't enjoy as much as teaching, being creative and learning.
