What a marvellous start to a day!
I woke up knowing exactly what was going to happen next in my novel. I’d been thinking about the plot for the last part of the story for a few days. There was just one bit where I didn’t know what was going to happen.
I, immediately, wrote down my thoughts. I have each element of the plot on paper, now. I feel amazing and so energised.
I have been writing this section of my novel, using the following method - writing by hand, speaking into my tablet, printing the electronic file and then checking the printed page against the handwritten page.
More ideas come to me when I am checking the printed page which means the story naturally flows. I also catch any inconsistencies in the plot.
Now, I am ready to write the next section. Every word I put on paper is taking me closer to finishing the first draft of my novel. I can’t wait!
