What do your ideas come from?
One of the things that I love about editing is the thoughts that come to me in relation to how well or not my writing is working.
I have been noticing that I have used certain words a lot of times – they are jumping off the page at me. My brain has registered this and then sent me the thoughts on how I can change these words to improve my story.
I am looking forward to going over the relevant parts of my story, after I have finished my first edit, and being able to strengthen the quality of my writing.
Do you know a child who loves stories but doesn’t like to read? In my interactive story book ‘I Can Create Stories (Story Edition) there are four stories for adults to read (to a child), an audio book for children to listen to and links to free downloadable activity sheets which children can use to create their own stories.
