What would you like to learn?
I have attended two brilliant Business Gateway workshops I would like to tell you about.
Phil Eldridge led an excellent workshop called Practical problem solving for your business. This workshop was packed full of superb tips on what is important in problem solving.
Phil took us through a 5 step process and introduced tools which we could use. I particularly liked the idea of using post-it notes to help with actually seeing what areas our problems are in. I am very pleased I attended this workshop.
Claire Miller of Compass Marketing led a workshop on Copywriting.
There was lots of interesting information including the key point of knowing your audience and how this informs what you write and where you put your information. How you write your copy was covered too.
I came up with some ideas of what I can do in the future whilst I was at this workshop.
Both workshops were brilliant.
