I love teaching!
The story creating workshop I ran was so much fun. There were 8 people, a mixture of adults and children.
I started by getting the group to verbally create a story together. It was wonderful to hear the laughter in the room and see how much the group were enjoying themselves.
I then gave them activity sheets to create their own story. The ideas in the stories were excellent and very varied.
Here is some of the feedback:
‘I enjoyed listening to all your stories. I also enjoyed writing a story, which I have not done since I was at high school many moons ago.’
‘I enjoyed getting to write a story that I could make up.’
‘It was magic.’
I have missed running in-person workshops and hope to do many more in the future.
