Where do you think the snail is going?
I spotted this snail and immediately fell in love with it.
I imagined the snail has just seen me looking at it and is glancing in my direction before heading off on its travels.
There is something wonderful about the grey of the stone snail as it contrasts with the browns of the ground.
The mini daffodils add a lovely touch of colour to the scene.
In my head the stone, in front of the snail, is a marker on a trail that the snail is following.
I almost missed the snail as I was walking past it. I am glad I didn’t.
