At the Business Gateway workshop, Customer Service Excellence, Phil Eldridge offered his time if we were interested. I was.

I met Phil at the coffee shop, called The Fells. The discussion included what jobs I had done in the past and what I wanted to do now. Phil listened and asked me a lot of questions.

I learned a lot from talking to Phil with some ‘aha’ moments, simple things I can do immediately.

I was feeling unsure of where I was heading before I met Phil. He has helped me to see other options I hadn’t considered.

I have written lots of notes which I will definitely be referring back to.
